We can tell a person whether he is healthy or sick, by looking at his face’s color. Similarly, we can tell a person if he is happy or sad or angry by looking at his color.
Scientifically, we are actually looking at a person’s aura and can tell a person’s healthy state or emotional states. Aura is actually an infrared light, normally out of human eyes’ detection but can be photographed by an infrared camera. There is a place in Appleton which has an equipment to detect a person’s aura.
Animals have better ability to detect the infrared aura than human. So here is the story.
A yogi was meditating quietly alone for 10 days. During 10 days, besides sitting meditation, he walked silently and ate silently.
After 10 days of silence, he walked into the woods. Extend his hands out, a bird flew over and sat on his palm. Apparently, the yogi has such a good aura after 10 days of meditation, the bird sees no harm of this person and boldly flew to his palm and was trying to be a friend of this yogi.
We often heard the law of attraction which states that we often attract the kind of person we project ourselves. What we project ourselves is actually the aura which reflects our physical or emotional states.

Why am I still alive?
Renee was about to quit Facebook. She did not visit Facebook for a long time. Then, one day, when she visited Facebook, she saw her friend/teacher, Dee, posted a picture of her (Dee) daughter’s wedding.
Dee was Renee’s teacher. Then Dee quit; Dee got an inoperable brain tumor and was not expected to live for long. Dee confided to Renee, and said, “I really want to live to see my daughter graduate from Highschool.” Her daughter was in first year of middle school. That was about 12 years ago.
When Renee saw Dee’s posting on Facebook and knowing Dee is still alive and knew something very precious in this experience.
“If we know why we are here, we will endure all misfortune and live.”

The yogi did not bleed
The following story comes from Deepak Chopra. You have to ask him if the story is true or not.
When Deepak was a young medical student in India, a yogi came to his physiology lab and did a startling demonstration.
The yogi stabbed a knife into his own biscep, and did not bleed. Note, yogi means the union of body, mind and spirit. To a skillful yogi, a body is the body of conscious not the body of flesh.
A doctor who was the medical professor mocked the yogi, “What other trick do you still have?”
As the yogi heard of these words and became angry, his flesh began to bleed. But then, he realized that he had allowed his ego to emerge so that the flesh blended; he went back to his spirit self, and the bleeding stoped.
This story is quite amazing if it is true.

Tomato seed
When Tom was a small boy of 3 years old, his mom asking him to plant the tomato seeds.
“Where does tomato come from?”, Tom asked,
“From God”. Mom said.
“Then why do we bother to plant the seeds ?”
“The gift of God is in the seed.” Mom said.
Tom and his older brother began dissecting the seeds and found beside the seed shells, nothing resembled tomato was found.
Today, if we are curious, and use all kinds of powerful analytical technique, we probably can find electrons, protons, subatomic particles and a large space.
But, because this tomato seed has an intention to manifest itself a tomato, this seed becomes tomato when the conditions are right.
The tomato seeds teach us the power of intention.

You can heal your wart.
A little girl had a flat wart on her face. The wart had spread.
The doctor said that wart was caused by virus. There was no cure. But the doctor also said,
“The virus inside your body caused your flat wart; but there is something within you that can heal your wart.”
The word itself is healing. From that moment, she talked to the ‘healer’ inside her body. Few years later, the wart was gone. She was healed.

A Magic Blanket
Maria and Michael are heading for a divorce over a trivial disagreement. Maria, born to a Taiwanese parent was actually raised by her grandma. Her dad deserted her family when she was 4; her mom died of an illness 2 years later. In college, Maria met and fell in love to a quite good looking American, Michael, who taught English in Taiwan. When Maria was married to Michael 5 years ago, the grandma treated Michael very well. As a result, Michael respected grandma even to the day when Maria proposed to Michael for a divorce.
"Why we don't go to see grandma and tell her what we are heading to."
Maria agrees. When both Maria and Michael told the grandma about their decision to divorce, grandma was silent for a while then said to them.
" It is getting late; why don't you stay here overnight. I have one bed room for both of you. Yes, I know you don't have to sleep together too close, but I want you both to be covered by the same big, and warm blanket. You know, even in Taiwan, the winter can be very, very cold."
Due to respect, Maria and Michael agreed. When they lay down on the bed and covered by the big and warm blanket, they soon fell asleep. The blanket turned out to be a magic blanket. Together they flew in the sky and over the world.
Their first stop was the breakfast shop in the Pingtong City of Taiwan. A woman about 60 years old was selling her best and the most popular dumpling. After they had enjoyed the very delicious dumpling, they had conversation with this dumpling lady.
" My name is Su-Jing. I am 63 years old. I was widowed 4 years ago, then I had the ovarian cancer. By the time of diagnosis, the cancer had advanced to the stage-4 ovarian cancer. After the diagnosis, my doctor told me that I had only 6 months to live. But, I have outlived my predicament by almost 2 years. Do you want to know my secret?"
" Sure, we would like to know your secret. Please tell us how you did it?"
" My secret is that I have my purpose of my life. My purpose is to make the best dumpling at the Ping-Tong city. Every morning, I wake up at 3:00 AM to make dumpling for my customers so that I can bring my hot and delicious dumpling to the market. When my customers enjoy the dumpling and gave me compliment and their appreciation; they are the best and the most effective cancer therapy. This is why I am still alive today."
“I want to share this secret to everyone I met; and I wish my husband is around to celebrate this life with me.” Su-Jing continued to say.
Maria and Michael said thank you to Su-Jing. After they disappeared from the crowd, the magic blanket flew them to a senior village in Nan-Tou. At the senior citizen village, they saw some seniors work in the garden, tending the vegetable. Some of them were playing chess under the shade of a big tree. The other were having tea and had small conversation. Everyone was having good time. Maria and Michael managed to have someone told them the story of this village.
" My name is Ju-yuan. I have lived here since 1995. I wonder you still remember the most tragic earthquake in Taiwan on September 21 of 1995. Many villages at Nan-Tou county were destroyed. Through government help, many young folks were able to find work and re-settle to their own homes. This was not the case for the old folks like us. We are feeble, and we lack skills to find jobs and re-settle in the community. A young Budda-mind gentleman had bought this property and help us settle here. Here, we have a community, we are socially connected, we have garden work to do, and we are self-sufficient."
" You know, last year, I had tried to live with my son in a big city. During the day, the young couple work, and all the young kids go to school. My son did not want me to be lost in the big city, and had designed a special lock. One day, I was locked out all day until my son came home. After that incidence, I was almost living in a luxurious prison, and had no one to speak to during the day. I was not happy at all. This is why I decide to come back to this senior village and have a good sense of my life".
“Companionship is essential for the well-being, young fellows.” Ju-Yuan said.
Maria and Michael said good-bye to Ju-Yuen, and the magic blanket brought them to an art studio where he saw an artist was painting portrait from a very old photo. The photo consisted a couple and an infant. The mother was holding the infant. Curious, Maria asked the artist the story about the photo.
"My name is Ting-Kai. The photo was taken in 1937 and the infant in the photo was me. In 1937, I had a serious pneumonia infection. The doctor said that they had no medicine to save my life. Desperate, my mom asked my dad to seek a direction from a fortune-teller in a near-by village. You know my mom was very superstitious and she knew she absolutely had no strength to stand it up should the fortune teller told her the bad news. My dad obediently followed my mom's request. Three hours later, my dad returned home, happily told my mom that the fortune teller told me the child will live"
" Happily, my parent rushed back to the hospital begging the doctor to try to save the child one more time. Out of compassion, the doctor accepted my parent's request and tried the medicine one more time. Miraculously, I was healed"
" My parent was so happy to see me come back alive and decided to ask a photographer to take this photo when I was out of the hospital even it was very expensive to have a photograph taken in 1937."
" Many years later, after my mom passed away in 1972, my dad gave me this photo and told me about the story behind this photo."
"Did you really go to see the fortune teller, I asked because my dad never believe in fortune teller".
"No, I did not. I just had a few drinks to release my stress. I lied to your mom; but actually, this white lie did actually save your life"
“It is the love from my parent and the faith that saved my life.” Ting-Kai said to Maria and Michael.
Maria and Michael said thanks and good by to the artist. The magic blanket brought them back to the grandma's bed room. They both woke up from the same dream.
" How was your dream? Are you heading to the court to proceed with the divorce?" Grandma asked.
Maria and Michael looked at each other, smiling and hugging each other. They learned so much about love, companionship, faith, and purpose of life in this dream. They agreed to start over for their marriage, and divorce no more.

From Turbulent Sea to Calm Water--Healing Story
On October 4, 2016 my mind was completely turbulent. As I remember I had put on all the clothes including sweater and jacket, my body was still shivering. The knowing of another blood work at Encircle Medical Center was almost like I was marching to a firing squad. I had said a prayer to ask Lord to remove my fear but it didn't work. Then, I posted in my Facebook; many friends responded with prayers and support. Those supports help a lot, turning my mind of turbulent sea to a calm water. Thank you a lot to you all.
On September 4, 2016, I had a routine blood work with my family doctor. My doctor reviewed the results and everything looks pretty good: fasting blood sugar drops from 111 last year to 97. Lipid panel looks excellent, much better than those results last year. Then the CBC (Complete Blood Count), he and I was hoping I could have a happy exit, but his face sank and turned into a poker face.
"Frank, I don't like the numbers", doctor said.
I look over the results, most of the important blood count numbers such as RBC, hemoglobin, and WBC, are all below the normal range. WBC was below the record low, only 2, instead of 4-11.
"I don't like the numbers either." I said.
"But, I am not sick." I continued to say, "I am fine."
I was truly fine at the time.
"We will check the CBC in one month. If the numbers continue to drop, then you need to see a hematologist." The doctor said.
Everyday when I drove home along 41S bound and passing through Ballard St., I saw a medical facility with big words like "Hematology/Oncology" . The word "hematology" is associated with "oncology". Doctor's suggestion to visit hematology makes me worry.
"What can I do the reverse these numbers?" I asked.
"Nothing". The doctor said.
Since my doctor offered no help, I have to take a proactive approach for this healing process. Fortunately, the google search can offer some credible information. There are many causes for anemia, some of them are manageable; some of them are not. After classifying the causes into 2 categories, I then focus on manageable causes to reverse the anemia.
Non-manageable causes:
(1) GI bleeding, which is possible since I already have pre-cancer in my stomach. If this is true, it implies the pre-cancer has turned into cancerous cell. This would be a bad news for me and requires GI specialist to treat the stomach cancer. For this, my approach is to stick to the plant-based diet as much as possible and do nothing else.
(2) Bone Marrow cannot effectively make blood cells. usually, this is caused by blood cancers. I just need to pray God that this is not the case.
Manageable causes
(1) nutrient deficient. Since I am almost a vegetarian, the most likely nutrient deficient is Vitamin B12. Since doctor would not prescribe B12 injection, I just bought over-the-counter vitamin B complex for my B12 supply. Other suggestions from the internet search was to use apple-beet juice for nitro-oxide. Since neither apple nor beet are toxic, I also make beet-apple smoothies for my nutrient supply for a month.
(2) toxins The most common blood toxins are medications whether they are prescription drugs such as anti-biotic, over-the-counter drugs such as pain killers, and supplements. For the past month, I suspended those medications or supplement as much as I can tolerate. I also engage in perspiration ritual to activate the skin, the body biggest organ to excrete the toxin easing the burden of the kidney.
(3) Meditation, exercise, and plant-based diet. This approach should be the basic defensive strategy for body wellness.
Four hours after the blood work on October 4, I called doctor's office and the nurse answered.
"Your results are here, but the doctor has not reviewed the results yet." The nurse said.
"Could you peek on the results for the moment and let me know the trend." I begged because I knew I might crossed the line. But I also knew that if it is a good news, the nurse would tell me.
She paused, and then said, "All the numbers have improved, especially the WBC improves from 2.0 to 3.0"
That was probably the sweetest words that I have received on October 4. It also means that the strategy works which I am very happy to share.
